仕事内容 Our client is looking for a professional with Desktop Management experience to join their technical support team and be part of an international environment. Your role will be to ensure that every core applications deployment, security updates, version updates is being done effectively using. You will be the 3rd level of escalation support for issues that L1 or L2 support can't solve. You will also be responsible for maintaining OS images for Service Lines.


Description

Your day to day role will include but not limited to the following responsibilities:

* Serve the needs of all stakeholders by acting with a global mindset and creating consistency and technical excellence by leveraging diverse ideas and perspectives when planning work
* Focus the team on enabling the delivery of exceptional service: connect to Service Delivery, Onsite Support Services (OSS), Incident Management team, and other Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) teams, seizing opportunities to grow knowledge for the team
* Proactively and effectively communicate the purpose of functional processes and solutions and decision making and information sharing within the team
* Write user communication in Japanese and English for software deployments, incident impact, resolution updates


Profile

If you meet most of the criteria below, then you are probably a good match for the role:

Must-have:

* Understanding of IT security & its importance
* SCCM 2007 or SCCM 2012
* Microsoft Office 2010 or 2013 suite
* Lotus Notes 8 - Mail & Databases
* Windows 7, Windows 8.x, Windows 10
* Active Directory, Group Policy, Software distribution
* Intel compatible hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Mobile Devices)
* Server, AD, Networking concepts
* Excellent knowledge of English and Japanese, both verbal and written

Good-to-have:

* Successful completion of College/University course in Business, Computing, Engineering or Information Technology fields
* Successful completion of ITIL Foundation course
* SCCM Certification and expertise
* Active Directory
* Soft skills course completion directly relating to customer care or supervisory roles
