仕事内容 This position will manage both the payroll team as well as the company's internal contact center for HR matters. If you have good payroll experience, can manage a solid team, and speak English, this role might be relevant to you.


* Manage & motivate the team to ensure professionalism & engagement
* Continuously evaluate and improve payroll & contact service processes
* Benchmark with the market, and try to suggest and/ or implement new initiatives
* Manage the company vendors
* Be a contact point for HR related matters in the company, including HR IT tools


* At least 5 years of HR experience, more specifically in payroll and/ or C&B
* Experience with managing a team of at least 5 members
* Business level English and fluent Japanese skills
* Any industry background is welcome to apply
* Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
