仕事内容 In this role, you will provide support and maintenance of our end user environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, and leading the Office IT Support Team. You will be responsible for administration and support of the company’s PCs, mobile devices, and related equipment. Tasks include end user support, asset management, license tracking, and performing computer maintenance, upgrades and configurations.

Responsibilities:
Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the
Office IT Support Desk
Monitor and assign Jira Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority
Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
Utilize Jira Service Desk tracking software Document internal procedures
Assist with on-boarding of new users Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
Manage computer setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
Assign users and computers to proper groups

応募条件 Basic Requirements:

Business Japanese and English
MacOS, Windows, and Linux skills
Google Apps / G Suite
Microsoft Office / Office365
Atlassian Jira / Confluence / Jira Service Desk
Basic networking
Basic scripting skills (any language)
Preferred Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field
2 years of relevant technical experience
英語能力 ビジネス会話 (TOEIC 735-860)
日本語能力 ビジネス会話(日本語能力試験2級又はN2)
年収 日本・円 700万円 〜 800万円
