* Experience in a fast-growth retail or consumer business highly preferred.
* Minimum 3-4 years' full cycle recruitment experience, including developing diverse sources to generate talent, outreach recruitment, cold calling, internet and web searches, behavioral and competency-based interviewing and offer negotiation.
* You must demonstrate a high degree of independent decision making, as well as the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments with aggressive time lines.
* Fluency in both Japanese and English (minimum TOEIC 800+) required.
