仕事内容 Requirements:

•Field incoming requests from end users via telephone, e-mail or other established support channels.
•Provide support that includes: initial problem determination, clear and concise documentation, diagnostics and information capture, resolution (when possible), customer status updates, escalation of support requests to appropriate IT or other workgroups internally and externally.
•Utilize knowledgebase, FAQs, peers and all other available resources to aid in incident resolution to resolve client/end-users’ issues effectively and efficiently.
•Proactively engage the required resources to ensure the customer expectation is exceeded in a timely manner.
•Assist the team with scheduling, reporting and analysis.
•Possess excellent verbal and written skills, in either English or Japanese.
•Perform other job-related duties, as required.

応募条件 Qualifications:

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Familiarity with supporting network, phone

•Previous Service Desk experience
•Proficiency with IT concepts
•Project management skills is a plus.
•Experience using remedy tools or ticketing tools is a plus.
英語能力 ビジネス会話 (TOEIC 735-860)
日本語能力 ビジネス会話(日本語能力試験2級又はN2)
