The Strategic Account Manager will help build industry-leading solutions for publishers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join our quickly growing advertising business, own strategic relationships with branded publishers, and drive strategy and adoption of our industry-leading publisher solutions.
* Own all phases of the partner relationship.
* Monitor daily partner performance against key metrics to identify opportunities and anomalies.
* Work with partners to ensure a smooth tech integration and launch, act as a bridge between business development and technical teams and the partner.
* Prioritize and help scope product features and enhancements with our Product Management team.
* Run partner business reviews to gather market feedback about monetization and product features.
* Track monthly spend allocations and manage monthly payment reconciliation process.
* At least 5 years of experience in online advertising.
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills and experience in working with large data sets
* Fluent Japanese and business level English in both written and spoken.
* Ability to communicate effectively across a broad range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* At least 3 years of experience in account management/client services.
