仕事内容 ‐ Manage vendors providing IT operations and support for customer・facing and business・facing infrastructure and applications
‐ Co・ordinate regular scheduled operational activities (e.g. preventative maintenance) and on・demand activities (e.g. e・commerce high traffic campaigns)
‐ Co・ordinate response to incidents including communication (with business & other IT teams), escalation and troubleshooting
‐ Manage internal team to provide additional IT support for AS400, Databases and other core/critical systems
‐ Co・ordinate with other teams to take delivery of and operate new systems after go・live, decommission old systems, and improve operations around existing systems
‐ Manage, periodically review and improve core BAU activities such as monitoring and backups
‐ Report on operations performance, system capacity, and incident/problem remediation to management
‐ Review processes and procedures to streamline, automate, improve and decommission

勤務時間 9:00 - 17:00(Mon - Fri)
応募条件 ‐ Experience in infrastructure/applications operations management
‐ Broad understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, supporting services)
‐ Experience managing operations for complex business・critical infrastructure and applications
‐ Experience managing e・commerce or similar high・traffic customer facing service
‐ Experience managing vendors: reviewing SOW and contracts, defining and tracking SLAs, management reporting etc.
‐ Experience managing incidents and problems, showing clear understanding of necessary communication, prioritization, escalation etc.
‐ Self・motivated, team player, action・and・results oriented, comfortable with adapting to changing requirements (e.g. adopting aspects of Agile/DevOps methodologies)
‐ Well organized, good communication and reporting skills
‐ Willing to support on weekends/holidays for urgent issues & emergencies as required
