This job will demonstrate accountability for our business development, growth objective and target our customer in Japan for our Aerospace's product.Also, you have responsibilities for high level customer's relationship within industries.
* Be responsible for obtaining orders and sales by driving and implementing sales strategy in Aerospace and key accounts.
* Leverage cross-functional and cross business resources in order to maxi-maize market penetration.
* On the basis of these plans contribute to setting sales and growth targets at the allocated customers based on the agreed customer segments and go-to-market models.
* Create a sales implementation plan based on the agreed sales targets
* 8+ years working experience, with at least 3 years in Paints & Coatings industry
* Good interpersonal skill and communication skill. High motivation and results-orientated.
* Proficient in Japan, Good English in written, and spoken is a preference.
