Our client is looking for a self-motivated candidate for an IT Specialist position. You will be responsible for improving the end-to-end IT support to ensure high quality customer experience.
The IT Specialist role is responsible for enhancing the client and customer experience of IT service by continuously implementing improvements.
* Collaboration with global teams and business teams
* Identifying and implementing improvements for efficiency and cost of IT Service and end-to-end IT support
* Providing assist to daily operations, escalations, etc.
* Proposing changes and improvements regarding existing systems
* Being knowledgeable of new technologies, industry practices, etc.
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in managing IT Service Desk operations
* Ability to manage relationship with vendors
* Knowledge of ITIL
* Salary up to 11M yen
