Global customer service manager in image process

The tech company has over 20 years of experience in the field of inspection applications, with more installations on more lines than any other surface inspection company. They are the first to offer imaging process solution on high-speed web processes, nearly a decade before any competitor. These systems are used to inspect, detect processes for quality real time at critical steps in high speed continuous manufacturing environments.
The markets are for metals, paper, glass, plastic industries.

* Manage all field project and service personnel in Japan, and in other Asian countries as required.
* Maintain overall project and service schedule. flow.
* Work closely with sales team to meet customer requirements on initial installations, and ongoing service needs. * Develops a working knowledge of the sales cycle and customer relationships.
* Develop/improve installation and service processes in order maximize overall efficiency, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Provide leadership for the team managing projects through project management, implementing new ideas to improve the group, and hiring and training new engineers as required.
* Negotiate and acquire new service contracts that are in line with the business objectives.
* Conducting presentations at customer sites.
* Oversee the installation of equipment and application deliverables.


* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or the equivalent occupational experience.
* Business communication in Japanese and English (both verbal and written).
* Minimum 7 years' experience in related field service or technical support
* measurement control, or image processing, or machinery
* ideally management skill more than 5 - 10 engineers

Salary is up to 11M
Location - Tokyo
Age - under 45 years
