Your role is important to assist our customers and ensure a positive customer experience. After a few years you can become a Customer service manager.
* You will be responsible for end customers and resellers questions by phone and mail
* You will collaborate with different departments
* You will analyse and research information upon client's request
* You will need to make sure that all requests are handled with great satisfaction
* You have a bachelor's degree
* You have relevant experience as customer service / helpdesk employee (Candidates without experience can also be selected for another role)
* You are fluent in both Japanese and English language
* You have a passion for customer service and problem solving
* The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary where over-hours are paid.
