仕事内容 As IT customer service, you will be the point of contact for the client to solve all their issues related to the software.


You will receive trainings to learn how to use their products and help the customer in the best way possible.

* You will troubleshoot and resolve their products related IT issues
* You have contact with the support team in UK, US and Taiwan about inquiries
* You will visit customers to build up a relationship
* You will work together with sales and marketing to support their activities


* You have 1-5 years experience in a customer service / support or call center role
* You have an Japanese native level and a good level of English
* IT knowledge is not necessary as you will be trained
