» New Position
» Playing major role of designing Global HR System, reaching consensus amongst internal stake holders and implementation of each HR projects.
» Actively partake in the strategy defining with offset in vision and leadership values
» Developing workforce and talent strategies to support strategy implementation
» Develop and successfully execute integration plans to support the company's strategy, including development and execution of internal communication framework and process
» Establish, track and proactively analyse HR metrics and suggest course corrections if needed
» Analyse available data to formulate people insights and diagnose trends impacting organisational performance (locally and globally)
» Orchestrate relevant organisational and talent reviews
» Provide guidance and advice to ensure that all laws and regulations are followed appropriately and consistently
» Act as employee advocate and protect the interests of employees in accordance with the company’s HR policies
» Establish and execute core people processes across all teams – local and abroad, such as compensation & benefits, performance management, recruitment, succession planning and retention
» Responsible for people management ( 3 subordinates)
» Lead large cross-functional projects/teams within/outside the scope of HR
The company is an electronic component manufacturer. The Company's segments include Passive Components, Magnetic Application Products, Film Application Products and other.
The other segment includes mechatronics (production equipment), anechoic chambers and flash memory applied devices. It has manufacturing bases in Japan, Asia, Europe and America.
» Degree in Business Administration, Major in HR topics preferable
» Working experience in HR for global company
» At least 5 years’ experience of people management in HR Department
» Experience of performing project management with Global HR topics
» PC Knowledge : Microsoft Office
