仕事内容 Do you want to do more than dealing with recruitment agencies and prefer to have a strong impact on the market? THis role will require you to work closely with hiring managers, understand the needs, and source for candidates on several media, while being a representative of the company.


* Based on consultation with hiring managers, understand the hiring needs, and investigate the market of where to find strong candidates for these needs
* Define most suitable way to approach candidates
* Increase the direct sourcing ratio
* Build a talent pool with sourced candidates for current or future hires
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (in-house recruiters, hiring managers, potential candidates, agencies)


* At least 5 years of recruitment branding experience (or at least recruiting with a high direct sourcing ratio)
* Extensive knowledge and experience in recruitment
* At least 2 years of experience in managing a small team
* High business level English and fluent Japanese
* Ability to travel (both domestic and international)
* Good time management skills
* Experience with marketing or PR is a plus

The business is doing well, however the company finds it challenging to find candidates for some of its corporate positions. As they are currently mostly relying on recruitment agencies, they want to find someone with strong sourcing experience who can map out the market and help to fill these positions.
