Together with your team, you will provide customer services to enhance their engagement and satisfaction. You will contribute to the growth of the business and prepare for future needs.
* You will lead and coordinate Customer Service, Sales Support and Technical Support operations
* You are responsible for the budget of local customer service and sales support
* You will develop your team's strategy and execute it
* Define, implement and deliver KPI's
* Develop and execute procedures
* Establish a network with internal stakeholders
* You are responsible for DSO and risk management
* Ensure the team brings the highest level of support
* Bachelor's degree or above
* Management degree or diploma is preferred
* You have 10+ years experience within a large company with hangs on exposure to strategic / commercial marketing, customer segmentation, ...
* You have 15+ experience in customer service
* You have a great management track record
* Strong KPI Driven performance management.
