The Customer service specialist will support Japan based sellers.
As customer service specialist you will:
* Be in contact with VIP sellers
* Help sellers with their inquiries by phone and e-mail
* Advise the sellers in their shipment, returns, ...
* You have 1+year experience as Customer service. Account Management is also possible
* Experience in e-commerce, online trading, import and export is preferred
* You are excellent in Japanese and have a business level English
* You are proficient with Microsoft office
On top of your salary, there is an incentive bonus. You are able to work in a casual environment where English is the working language. The company has a flat structure.
