仕事内容 The Technical Support Engineer helps our customers maintain and enhance operational excellence by performing maintenance, upgrade and validations of the software service. The Technical Support Engineer represents the face of client IT team to internal global IT team as well as external vendors collaboratively to maintain best in class service. Ultimately, you will be a person our customers trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.

応募条件 【必須(MUST)】
- Work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/OS environments
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. VM ware, HPSM)
- Experience to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field is prefer

Japanese: Upper Business Level (JLPT 1)
English: Business level

- Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
- Additional valued experience
- GxP compliance rigor and attention to detail
- Experience CSV (Computer System Validation) in pharmaceutical domain
- Knowledgeable of business process in Pharma
