仕事内容 ◇◇◇SUMMARY◇◇◇

Provide Tier 2 professional technical support to customers who have advanced after-sales technical questions.


◇◇◇PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer technical support questions regarding products in a professional and friendly manner at all times

• Provide customers with service repair authorizations for defective products

• Sell optional services and warranties to customers

• Keep up to date with industry developments, applicable operating systems, common and related software and hardware, and company policy to ensure proper communications to customers.

• Adhere to technical support policy and procedures for all customer calls/emails received 
ensuring achievement of company set goals (KPI). 


• Maintain elevated degree of training and technical knowledge as it applies to the specialist support boundaries. Keep up to date with industry developments, applicable operating systems, common and related software and hardware, and company policy to ensure proper communications to customers. 



◇◇◇SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• May be asked to perform special, including product testing and employee training. 

• May be asked to investigate potential recurring issues and incompatibilities 

• May be asked to research solutions to undocumented issues 



◇◇◇PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIROUNMENT:

• Ability to sit for long periods of time 

• Ability to complete repetitive work with arms, hands, bending and twisting

応募条件 REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in IT or equivalent. 


• Familiarity and experience with microcomputer operation, with emphasis on the Macintosh 
and Windows environment. Linux and/or Unix experience is helpful. 


o Advanced technical knowledge in (but not limited to): o Networking,
including domain support

o Server Operating System configuration
o RAID functions and uses
o Monitor and color correction technology

• Proven success to provide customer service orientation with a focus on quality 


• Demonstrated ability to perform above average problem solving skills 


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal 


• Ability to perform professionally in a high stress environment 


• Ability to be self-motivated and self-managed 


• Be detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and a team player 


• Ability to type 30 wpm (native & English)

年収 日本・円 300万円 〜 400万円   
給与に関する説明 【給与】8000-10000 RM /Per Month+There’s one month contractual bonus
