仕事内容 The Client is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the entire recruiting activities in Japan and work closely with APAC team. He/She will be initially responsible for the TA role and will have an opportunity to expand the career to HRBP. This is a temp-to-perm role.


職務内容

- Develop company awareness to build talents pipelines engaging outside recruiters, creating SNS contents, participating in career fair and vising campus recruiting



- Responsible candidates sourcing and screening, and conduct interviews for all levels of positions



- Leverage ATS (applicants tracking system=EC hiring module) technology to ensure seamless interactions with the candidates/agents



- Consolidate interview feedback to determine extending offer, provide salary proposal, prepare the offer letters, and present formal offers to the candidate/agents



- Plan and execute Internship program to connect to the future New Grad hiring



- Build New Grad hiring strategy and ensure to implement the efficient process managing resources and budget by number of hiring (ROI)



- Ensure to provide Temporary staff in timely manner



- Monitor statutory requirement and hire required number of disability staff, report the hiring status annually to the labor office

- Operate new comer onboarding process to ensure the new staff will have comfortable start to support their success

- Oversee temporary hiring process and contract renewal managing one admin staff, and involve the process if any issue arisen

- Contract type: Temp-to-perm

- Annual salary up to 10 million yen (base + bonus)
