仕事内容 My client is looking for an Assistant Manager to handle escalated claims and queries from clients and customers alike. You will be in charge of 3-4 staff below you and reporting to a foreigner in the English language.


Description

* Inquiries in regard to insurance products
* Incidental work, documentation
* Assisting subordinates below you with any issues
* Handling appraisal, KPI management, training
* Other various office related tasks


Profile

* Someone who is a self-starter and can work indepently
* Financial services experience, background
* Customer Service experience, ideally in a Call Centre environment
