Our client is seeking a strong and highly motivated salesperson for their ever-expanding Business Development Team based in Tokyo, Japan.
* Develop and grow existing clients, whilst showing the same focus and drive to find new business for the firm.
* Determine and understand clients needs through a consultative selling approach.
* Generate sales revenue concurrent with APAC and Global goals.
* Build strong customer relationships with Key Accounts, looking for opportunities to up-sell on services where possible.
* Penetrate the market to generate new clients, chasing down leads and sales opportunities at every available opportunity.
* Ensure a strong sales pipeline.
* Bachelors Degree.
* At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales experience within a consultative/solution sales environment.
* Senior level candidates with a superior track record in sales and business development also will be considered.
* Proven ability to hunt for new accounts and outstanding track record in account management.
* Relentless drive and motivation to positively impact sales and client growth.
* Attention to detail ensuring no sales opportunities are missed, everything is logged systematically, chased and actioned.
* Excellent communication; articulate and persuasive, with proven negotiating skills
