Your new task as the Desktop Support is to liaise with the relevant technical teams to resolve the technical issues faced by the end-users. Your technical background along with your speed and efficiency are needed for the successful management, escalation, and closure of these issues.
For success in this position, the following skills are required:
- 3+ years desktop support/helpdesk experience with enterprise level support.
- Business English is required for communication with English only users, management and global teams.
- Business Japanese, (reading and writing especially), is required as 100% of the clients are Japanese.
