Your new role
You will work as an office manager and provide occasional support to visitors from overseas. Your responsibilities include Personal Assistant duties, as well as supervise other administrative staffs which will allow you to expand your responsibilities and experiences.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to have business English and native Japanese language proficiency, minimum 5 years of working experience in office management or executive assistant is required. Flexible and proactive working attitude would be also necessary.
