Ahead Consulting is seeking a reliable office administrative staff for our Nihonbashi, Tokyo office. He or She will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. He or She will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The Admin Assistant will ensure smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Invoicing, payroll, and other HR tasks
• Database management
• Sales support
• Event coordination
• Email handling, translation
• Information gathering
• Filing, answering phone calls, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

• 上記の他、ファイリング、電話応対、備品管理等の庶務的業務にも臨機応変にご対応いただき ます。

While increasing our own talent needs for our Consulting and Managed Services, we have also been entrusted to provide top talent as permanent employees for our clients.
応募条件 Requirements:
• Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially EXCEL) and office management software (ERP etc.)
• Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
• High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
• Native Japanese / Business English required

Employment type:
• Contract to Permanent
• Hours 9:00 to 18:00 Mon through Friday
• Full Benefit coverage (health insurance, pension, unemployment insurance)
