仕事内容 The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support via phone, chat, and email to Company customers and partners. The applicant must have the ability to troubleshoot complex product issues related to installation, upgrades and network related problems.


Description

* Undergo training to support Company products and services.

* Provide telephone, email and live chat based support.

* Manage your workload to ensure all customer issues are handled and resolved in a timely manner.

* Cross-functional collaboration to disseminate information in a clear manner to all audiences.

* Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

* Analyse complex customer issues to identify problem area(s) and recommend and take corrective action.


Profile

* Develops resolutions to problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures.

* Strong interpersonal skills.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills (Native in Japanese and Business in English).

* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP, 7, 8 and 10.

* Understanding of Linux and Windows Server / Active Directory.


Job Offer

- Permanent employee.

- Regular working schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break) - overtime upon discretionary scheme.

- Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays.

- Benefits: Social Insurance, transportation.
