仕事内容 Reporting into the local Deskside Support team lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for End User Support (BAU operations) in the Tokyo office. Responding to incident tickets raised by our helpdesk, as well as responding to ad-hoc ”shoulder-tap” requests from users regarding day-to-day support of the desktop environment. Members of this team are also involved in the delivery of projects and overall maintenance of the Desktop environment plus local office IT Infrastructure by coordinating with various technology teams dispersed across various geographies

Responsibility
• Support widely used hardware (PC's, Laptops, Mobile devices etc.) and software products (MS Office, MS Windows etc.) as well as in-house applications, MarketData applications and local third party accounting systems etc.
• Respond to Help desk generated tickets within defined timescales
• Escalate unresolved or significant impact issues, whilst maintaining overall responsibility for the problem or activity
• Be willing to provide assistance with any other elements of IT support when required
• Assist the team with project delivery tasks as and when the need arises
• Provide VIP support when necessary for local execs or visitors
応募条件 • Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills
• Experience in leading a team and overseeing the performance of others working under their supervision
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Office, Internet Explorer, Windows)
• Strong knowledge of PC and related hardware (Dell and HP products)
