This role will focus on compensation & benefits of a large retail company, and more specifically the strategic side of C&B. Leading a team of 3 staff, the director will mostly focus on job grading system, bonus system, etc.
* Roll out strategic C&B initiatives such as job grading system, bonus, overtime structure
* Work together with the payroll team, which sits under a separate team in HR
* Manage and coach 3 staff that look after C&B, global mobility, and job evaluation
* Implement global projects and initiatives
* Experienced professional in HR
* Solid experience in strategic C&B - payroll only will not be sufficient for this role
* Project experience or implementation is beneficial
* Business level English and fluent Japanese will be required
* Overall good computer skills
