仕事内容 Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Manager in sales team in Tokyo, Japan. In this role, he/she will manage a team of associates who develop and carry out sales plans within the region.


Description

* Mentor your team and motivate them to promote its solutions and services
* Deliver quarterly sales forecasts and provide senior management with regular reports on activity, projections, and performance while ensuring that established metrics are met
* Manage a team of associates who develop and carry out sales plans within the region
* Train, evaluate, and coach team members to interact with potential clients


Profile

* Inside sales experience, with basic management experience in a sales environment
* Field experience carrying your own quota; understanding of sales methodology, big deal positioning, and closing
* Interact with cross-functional teams, customers, and peer managers
* Experience in managing a sales team, forecasting to achieve revenue, margin, and expense targets
