仕事内容 [Job Description]

Strategic Marketing Manager for Japan to identify, define, and launch secure data services and products for the connected vehicle market. We are looking for an experienced professional with a unique set of experience in fleet management, mobility solutions, insurance and cyber-secure data services.

Candidate will have a demonstrable record of achievement in defining business opportunities, creating and executing plans to capture those opportunities, and delivering the customer and partner commitments and corresponding revenue results. Experience in platform driven value chain sales and marketing, able to engage customers and partners at executive and mid-manager level are a strong plus. Must have experience creating and delivering business proposals and successful contract negotiation

Responsibilities and Deliverable's: Japan Strategic Marketing Manager

The Japan Strategic Marketing Manager is responsible for the following activities and deliverables :
* Lead activity to identify, prioritize, develop and deploy successful method to penetrate Japan market and customer accounts. Create collateral and train and educate sales team on its use.
* Support Japan sales team with customer account engagement and penetration efforts.
* Develop and deliver proposals to customers including pricing, through sales team and assist with contract negotiations.
* Identify, prioritize, develop and engage strategic collaboration opportunities with security, insurance, fleet management, wireless connectivity partners and end customers. Lead partnership relationship development, and solution definition. Develop and deliver partner proposals and manage contract negotiations.
* Create and maintain market assessment including industry landscape, key trends, market size, market share, key opportunities, competitive threats and implications and recommended actions.
* Provide input on product and service road-maps based on customer, competitive and market feedback.
* Develop market requirements documents in collaboration with Product Management that include use cases so that product development has a clear picture of what they need to build, and functional requirements that ensure product development delivers what you are asking of them

応募条件 [ Requirements ]

* BS/MS in Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science). MBA a plus.
* 3-5 years experience in Product Management or Strategic Marketing for Fleet management product or service, SaaS software, Mobility solutions or Tier 1 consulting firm with practice area in those previously listed
* International business development, sales, or marketing experience a plus
* Strong analytical and research skills
* Proficiency in office automation software (Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
* Working experience with digital services, cryptography technologies in automotive, fleet management, insurance, network and cloud security markets
* Japanese and English language proficiency required – written and verbal. Others a strong plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must hold current passport and ability to travel 25-50% (primarily domestic, some international)
