We are looking for 2 Account Mangers to be part of our Japan Sales team who can execute on sales opportunities within an assigned region for our vertical markets. In your sales role at FARO, you will provide on-site demonstrations, generate revenue and identify additional sales opportunities.
■Generate sales revenues by performing product demonstrations at selected customer sites.
■Evaluate customer requirements and additional sales opportunities outside of traditional channels.
■Utilize all available resources including sales management, Inside Sales Specialists, Applications Engineers, marketing and others to advance and close sales.
■Work as part of the sales team to generate ideas for company sales opportunities, processes and systems.
■Provide feedback to FARO R&D for product improvement.
■Act as point of contact and provide technical support to potential customers during the evaluation period.

※ Sales role may have a presentation /case study round in addition to this.
(Mon –Fri): 9am to 5:30pm with 1-hour lunch break.

【Technical Skills And Experience】
•Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent technical work experience preferred
•Complex solution selling experience in Metrology
•Ability to understand drawings from CAD or other relevant design programs SolidWorks, AutoDesk Inventor/Fusion 360, SolidEdge, Catia, PTC Pro-e/Creo, Siemens NX, Maya, Blender, Modo, ZBrush
•Effective communication skills to uncover customer needs
•Independent work style with a strong will to achieve targets and beyond
•Demonstrated ability to isolate and identify technical problems, formulate and demonstrate solutions
•Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel extensively within territory
•Strong English and Japanese communication skills
•Open for 60% local travelling
■Occasional lifting of very light and lightweight materials, some lifting of average or heavy weight materials over 60 lbs., occasional bending, stooping and upper body & arm rotation, frequent pushing, pulling, sitting, standing and reaching and some climbing
■Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. on a regular basis
