WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
●Working both strategical and operational tasks
●Manage and take full responsibility for Japan
●Logistics, from import to customer
●Coordinating, controlling and developing the 3PL warehouse operations.
●Handling shipments and couriers
●Be the main point of contact for all supply chain issues in Japan.
●Identify, develop and implement major and minor improvements within Daniel Wellington’s supply chain
●Be responsible for running projects of various sizes
●Be a vital part of the team developing the future global Daniel Wellington supply chain

We're growing and so can you! We're now looking for a Logistics Development Manager to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, your main responsibilities will be securing outstanding fulfillment to our customers in Japan, developing our supply chain and to drive change.

WHO YOU ARE
●Masters degree within relevant area
●5-10 work experience within supply chain, experience in e-commerce is mandatory
●Awesome at building strong relationships and communicate with confidence in English, both written and orally
●Love the combination of strategic and hands-on work
●Experienced in handling warehouse operation as well as transports for e-commerce and retail stores, including a good knowledge of the logistics industry
●Self-motivated and autonomous, you enjoy working both in a team and on your own
●Inspired by creating structure and challenged by working in a rapidly changing environment
●Experience of working with ERP system and/or WMS system
●Looking for someone highly motivated, driven and a person who get things done and you want to be in the forefront of developing our logistics.
