・ Develop Union strategy and conduct the union negotiations.
・ Serve as the subject matter expert and corporate liaison for employee relations issues including performance management， employment policies， compliance， workplace issues and positive employee engagement.
・ Provides guidance to business leaders， HR Strategic Business Partners and works closely with other HR Centers of Excellence (COE’s)， legal and security.
・ Interfacing with employees and managers to resolve employment issues; partnering with managers to increase their understanding of HR practices and improve their management skills.
・ Interfaces with government agencies， and other external representatives in consultation and negotiations as necessary.
・ Investigate employee relation issues such as harassment， discrimination， conflict and theft， partnering with our company's legal counsel， Security and our company's ethic and Compliance Office when needed.
・ Partners with managers and employees to drive the development and execution of performance improvement plans， disciplinary actions， leave of absence issues， workplace accommodations， and terminations ensuring compliance with our company's policies and applicable laws/regulations.
・ Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training across all businesses (wage and hour， performance management， etc.)
・ Responsible for developing and implementing solutions in partnership with other HR members that includes assessing organizational performance and providing consistent， global and customized solutions that can include organizational design， supporting organizational change， employee engagement， cultural assessment and gap analysis， leadership and team development and other interventions to support individual， team and organizational performance

・Bachelor’s Degree required ‐ 3‐5 years of related HR experience
・Capable of having strategic discussions with labor union and senior executives
・Proficient knowledge in Japan labor law
・Customer focused with the ability to quickly build strong relationships across the organization
・Proven ability to successfully facilitate， drive and execute with tangible results
・Demonstrated ability to team， understand and deliver successful outcomes to complex issues
・Strong listening， negotiating ＆ conflict resolution skills
・Master’s Degree in labor law preferred
・5+ years of related experience
