仕事内容 2nd Level Helpdesk support (both Infra and applications) opportunity at global leading healthcare/ medical devices company. Reporting to IT Manager.


* Solve technical requirements and issues Level 2 IT Helpdesk Support to End Users
* Executes failure diagnoses, simple troubleshooting, and effective repair of endpoints
* Installs and tests, and controls standard and non-standard applications for operating systems and core applications
* Executes back-ups and repairs PCs Performs upgrades and conversions, including the replacement of hardware


* At least 2 years experiences of relevant IT work
* Knowledge of Information Security
* Ability to execute projects systematically
* Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English language
