仕事内容 Our client is looking for a IT Technical Support to join their team and be in charge of L1 and L2 support for their users. Trough this position, you will be in direct relations with Executives and Senior manager inside the organisation. You will enjoy working in a multicultural environment in a growing company with promising future, with offices located in the fancy area of Marounouchi.


Description

* Operating Customer platform (e.g. start/stop, get log files, etc)
* First level analysis and executing Work Instructions / pre-defined procedures to troubleshoot and resolve incidents;
* Respond to Customer support email and phone call (primary support number). 24x7 on-duty on roster to resolve customer issues
* Create/close/read and update Ticketing Systems call and escalate to respective teams, follow-up till closure;
* Apply patches and upgrades (if necessary) on customer platforms or assist in doing so.

Technical skill Requirement -


* Minimum requirements
* Proficient on Unix env; independently write/analyse shell scripts;
* Good experience on databases (Oracle / mySQL / mongoDB) and SQL; independently write/analyse SQLs;
* Good to have skills
* Apache, JBoss, ELK, op5 / Nagios (or any monitoring systems), HTTP, PKI, SMPP


Profile

Must have:

* Proficient on Unix env; independently write/analyse shell scripts;
* Good experience on databases (Oracle / mySQL / mongoDB) and SQL; independently write/analyse SQLs;
* Good to have skills
* Apache, JBoss, ELK, op5 / Nagios (or any monitoring systems), HTTP, PKI, SMPP

Good to have:

* Application support experience
* ITIL knowledge (Incident /change/ problem management)
* Ticketing systems
* Server side development background in Java
* Telecom and banking / mobile payment systems experience
* Interfacing with customers and WW team members
