Partner with Director， Global Strategy to provide insights into CG group that will help guide strategic direction across the globe such as annual strategic planning deck while maintaining company’s main database (GPS). This data‐driven position will play a crucial role in collecting / analyzing data to evaluate existing and potential automotive customers， markets， products and business opportunities. S/he researches and evaluates economic， competitor， market， industry and customer growth trends and conditions. The ideal candidate should be a strong business acumen to have background and interest in both going deep into the data and providing recommendations and next steps from the internal/external data.
■Specific Functions/Responsibilities including following， but are not limited to：
・Translate quantitative data into actionable business recommendations and communicate complex data concepts in ways that Sales leaders and the wider organization will understand
・Bring new ideas and a creative spirit to provide deep insights into OEM customers Continually evaluate， identify， and execute opportunities to streamline sales data reporting
・Support global OEM Sales CRM process
・Other ad‐hoc projects including industry/market research， presentations as needed.
・Administrative assistant for director (ex: travel arrangement， processing payment， other admin support as requested)

■Specialized Knowledge and Skills Required:
・Japanese: Native level， English: Business level (TOEIC 600 or above). Other language is a plus
・Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills
・Strong analytical and communication skills
oexperience with CRM， Salesforce HIS/Mark Lines database
oexpertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel， Word， Power Point). Must have expert understanding of Microsoft Excel including use of pivot tables
ostrong independent reasoning and problem‐solving skills， with the capability to think proactively
・Demonstrates ability to;

・Qualification of MS Office Master or equivalent strongly preferred
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in business / marketing or related field with minimum of 5 years of automotive experience. Financial experience preferred but not required. Requirements may be waived by the hiring manager based on the candidate’s experiences and skills.
