仕事内容 Responsible for managing the support to existing partners in Japan focusing on driving growth with these existing accounts.



Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of program and delivery standards that drive constant improvement in customer satisfaction.

Plans and oversees enterprise-level support and service activities for company products and services for a designated client or group of clients.

Develops client relationship and understanding of client business and product installations to identify service needs, plan service delivery and drive use of proactive service and support mechanisms to reduce client downtime and support costs.

Acts as single point of client contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues. Provides pro-active communication to help customers avoid product or security issues within their environment.

Engages resources from across support and engineering as needed to resolve customer product or security issues.

Works with Sales team to identify opportunities for growth in the client environment.

Collaborates with sales and support groups to demonstrate value of Enterprise support offering to client and identify opportunities for expanded support business.


* 5年以上の法人のお客様のテクニカルサポート経験
* 3年以上の法人のお客様またはパートナー様のアカウントマネージメント経験(Customer Success Manager, Support Account Manager, Technical Account Managerなど)
* ビジネス英語スキル TOEIC700以上(US本社との会話ができるレベル)
* 変化に対応できる人、リーダーシップと創造力をもって仕事に取り組める人


* チームリーダーやマネージャなどマネージメント経験
* パートナー様とのビジネス拡大の経験
* 機密システムの担当、運用管理の経験
* クラウド全般の知識
* CompTIA Security+やCISSPなど情報セキュリティ関連の資格
* マルウェア、脆弱性、不正侵入などのセキュリティ対策に関する知識
* Windows/Linux OS全般の知識と構築およびチューニング経験
