Project Analyst will be assigned to a number of initiatives as a member of Project Manager (PM) team and will undertake a role for executing the initiatives through a close cooperation with PM and the business leaders. In detail, Project Analyst is required to independently conduct a series of project management activities, such as research and analysis required for the project, coordination with various stakeholders and conducting the issue resolution or planning, based on the Methodologies. Project Analyst is also required to conduct updating the whole project plan, issue and task management and creation of documents / reports under general supervision / instruction of the project manager.
Project launch, creation of various materials (Roadmap, WBS, governance structure, report template, materials for the discussion/report for the management, etc.), support for the project manager
Day-to-day management of the status, issues / risks
Creation of the reports in accordance with the project management life cycle, creation of the presentation materials and meeting minutes
Business processing : Multitasking capability. Execute multiple tasks in a same time. And execute each task within a defined time frame with absolute accuracy.
Effectively and appropriately communicate the information to the stakeholders.
Build a good relationship with the various stakeholders.
Work together with various stakeholders for achieving the objective and the performance of the project.
Build a cooperation relationship with the stakeholders across the company -- Work with the business leaders / managers within the Client Company to assure success of the project.
Required skills / experience in the position of the Project Analyst
3-year work experience or equivalent skills
Business English skill (Business-level English skill)
Skills for Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
