Your new role
As a Front Office Manager, you will be managing various front office functions: registration, departmental budget/financial plans, telephone/concierge services, and guest services to deliver quality customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need at least 3 years of experience in Front Office/Guest Service, and people management. You must have experience working within the hospitality industry, with strong English skills (Business)
