• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
• Purchase and install new equipment and manage company hardware assets.
• Manage the configuration and operation of end-user computer operating systems
• Monitor the systems daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
• Create and verify backups of data
• Respond to and resolve help desk requests
• Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
• Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
• Review application logs
• Install and test computer-related equipment
A leading fintech company who provides trading, exchange, and next generation financial services. The company is headquartered in Japan with offices in Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines.
Skills & Experience
• 3+ years’ experience in system administration
• Bachelor's or higher degree in a related field
• Knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues
• Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis
• Results-oriented, prioritizes work activities, plans and stays organized in order to meet commitments. Willingness to push themselves hard and learn as they go
• Excellent presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills, across all levels of management
• Fluent in English.
