The management role will be in charge of different functions in HR, such as recruiting, C&B, training, employee relations etc. Provide support for the administration and entire business to help improve the business development.
* Support in recruiting, retirement, payroll, C&B, training, employee relations and administration related works
* Direct performance management, policies and programs
* Resolve any employee relations issues and manage organisation structure
* Provide support to the entire business
* Knowledge in Japanese laws preferred
* Business English and business Japanese
* experience in different HR functions preferred
