Your new company
A 5 star hotel chain is seeking a bilingual call center manager.
Your new role
As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team of call center staff and enhancing their ability to provide outstanding customer support. You will be reporting to senior management as well as handling incoming calls and emails regarding pre and post reservation inquiries, modifying or changing existing reservations, and provide troubleshooting support for the call center staff.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need experience in customer service, management, and software skills. Ideally 2-5 years of previous experience in a call center preferable, as well as Native level Japanese and business level English.
