Gemalto Software Monetization Division provides the stellar enablement solution of application software license protection, monetization platform for the customer’s software application business via the hard key, software key, or even cloud service.
Inside Sales Representative will assume the key part of existing business for Gemalto Software Monetization to help the Division grow and become successful in winning new customers as well as acquiring new design opportunities at the existing customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
•Close run rate customer deal, surveillances migration from hardware license to software license, and collaborate with Sales Manager to expand S&S opportunity.
•Identify, qualify and quantify all opportunities for outbound sales and leads sales effort.
•Develop and delivers accurate and technically correct sales presentations to potential customers.
•Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, development of the customer relationship at all levels.
•Deliver on set objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets.
•Work with sales support staff, pre and post sales staff to further customer relationships, forecast, track territory opportunities, and close the deal.
•Penetrate into these targeted accounts and build relationships with the right decision makers.
•Perform quarterly strategic account reviews with sales management team
•Work with relevant internal resources (field marketing, product marketing, product management, etc.)
•Minimum 7 years of Sales experience in IT industries, inclusive of some Inside Sales role.
•Strong background in software products and/or licensing business working with ISVs and Manufacturers.
•Experience in managing prospecting, development of the customer relationship at all levels.
•Experience in working with multi-element revenue models which include both one time and recurring revenue streams, and which may include multiple products.
•Capable of closing complicated deals from identifying sales opportunities to close the contract negotiations
•Comfortable being an active participant (not necessarily leader) in highly technical discussions, and able to collaboratively work with Sales Engineer to ensure that commercial goals are achieved within territory.
•Ability to communicate with senior management of enterprises for sales and new product launch.
•Proven experience in successfully building and managing relationships with customers and partners.
•Capable of supporting sales in developing and managing a sales pipeline with demonstrated success in selling complex solutions.
•Excellent skills using SalesForce.com to manage the Leads and Opportunities.
•Excellent communications and presentation skills.
•Knowledge of ISV/SaaS/ Embedded/ High End Equipment markets.
•Moderate English skill in reading/writing is desirable.
