仕事内容 Currently looking for an all-rounder Office Manager with key business and personal competencies. As an office manager you will manage general affairs and facility arrangements required for both Tokyo and remote offices.

Some tasks include:
• administering lease contracts
• improve office efficiency
• administer company documents
• contracts and invoices
• manage visitors
• coordinate meetings.

応募条件 You must be an agile thinker as well as an organized person. No need for oral English, but reading/writing is necessary. Require Good IT skills like Excel plus SAP.
