The French apparel company with strong brand value is looking for an new executive assistant to support the CEO.
The company has a good presence in Japanese market with a continuing increase market share.
Your new role
The main responsibilities of the role are:
1, Providing good personal assistant to the executive regarding schedule management, meeting arrangement, travel arrangement, internal/external coordination.
2, Preparing meeting/presentation documents, taking minutes
3, Greeting guests and customers on the phone or in person, preparing letters and documents.
4, Vendor management
What you'll need to succeed
To be consider for the role, you will need to have;
1, 5~10 years working experience as an executive assistant
2, Good communication skill in English (business), French (business) and Japanese (native)
3, Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
4, Possesses good flexibility and adaptability
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary range of JPY 6 million to 7 million and have an opportunity to utilize your language skill to support a foreign boss.
