仕事内容 This role is a key leadership position within the sales team responsible for managing all aspects of inbound sales function in Japan, including growth of inbound-sourced restaurant partner base and management over SMB inbound sales team.


Description

- Drive the overall strategy and growth of inbound-sourced

- Provide management and leadership for a team of sales executives

- Meet or exceed monthly team revenue quotas and complete associated revenue generation activities

- Work with marketing to develop our B2B marketing strategy and execution

- Excel in hands-on training, coaching and development of your sales team

- Recruit, interview and hire prospective sales team members


Profile

- At least 3 years of experience managing and leading sales teams

- At least 5 years of sales experience in a high-growth SaaS or digital ads company

- Deep understanding of SaaS products

- Demonstrated ability to train and guide sales teams in selling techniques
