Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting recruitment activities in Japan. Be an proactive partner to recruitment specialist, be able to understand and support through the whole recruitment life cycle.
Recruitment Coordinator will work together with Recruitment Specialist, to
・ Support end-to-end recruitment services, from recruitment needs analysis with HR line, intake meeting, sourcing and selection to offer proposal.
・ Inputting requisition information in ATS and manage job posting in job boards
・ Responsible for logistics coordinator for job fairs and campus recruitment
・ Arrange interviews for hiring managers and candidates
・ Collect information such as availability, salary and required documents from candidates
・ Supporting in preparing recruitment reports
・ 1-2 years recruitment or HR administration experience
・ Native-level Japanese
・ Business level English
・ Good computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
