Recruitment Specialist is responsible for delivering professional end-to-end recruitment services in Japan.
Recruitment Specialist will work together with other team members in in Asia, to
・ Perform end-to-end recruitment services, from recruitment needs analysis with HR line, intake meeting, sourcing and selection to offer proposal.
・ Major job types to hire are Customer Support Engineers and Field Engineers.
・ Proactive in talent mapping and talent sourcing by using social media and professional networking; manage internal
・ Build trustful relationship with HR Line and hiring managers, be proactive in engaging stakeholders in recruitment strategies and activities
・ Understand labor market specifically in semiconductor space to provide market intelligence and timely market updates to business
・ Organize and participate in job fairs
・ 3-5 years recruitment experience, preferably in engineering sector
・ Proven track record in handling over 40 vacancies a year
・ Able to conduct direct sourcing, not only rely on job board and recruitment agency.
・ Experience in a fast growing and dynamic organization is essential
・ Native fluency in Japan, business level in written and spoken English
・ One year contract with possibility of extension
・ Negotiable monthly wage
・ Travel opportunities across Japan for hiring activities
