職務内容 The Position
Take the lead in the design/implementation of tools to accelerate the development to support business strategy.
Launch creative and innovative organization and people development initiatives together with the development, update and monitoring of Talent Management and Employee Development activities according to the HR and business long range plans in order to ensure that talent is developed in a planned manner and ready to take higher level positions at all levels of the organization.
Plan and manage the Organizational Talent Review process and implement action plans to ensure that present and future business needs are effectively addressed. Lead succession planning and talent calibration initiatives. Monitor and support the implementation of Talent Management by line management and advise HRBPs on people development plans.

必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred: Master or Post Graduate Degree in Business, Leadership Development, HR Management and etc.
Minimum: 3 years development/Talent management experience in in multinational company or proven consulting experience in working with executives and senior leaders. Experience working in a variety of Leadership Development roles is highly desired
Preferred: HR Business Partner experience
