Your new role
You will be responsible to process customer orders and generate license keys.
* Act as liaison to the sales team by providing quality customer service and support, and resolving customer issues
* Provide assistance/guidance to sales personnel for proper order submission and documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
* 3 years minimum experience in a billing, order processing or customer service environment
* Excellent customer services skills and orientation
* Fluent verbal, writing and reading Japanese skills. Business level writing and reading English skills.
* Microsoft Office experience required
