Ahead Consulting is looking for a highly qualified Knowledge Management Lead to join an International Insurance Company.
This role will responsible for designing and developing the infrastructure knowledge libraries and content libraries used on site. This includes: creating, improving, maintaining cohesive content to ensuring intellectual capital is captured and can be reused. This role also entails partnering with key stakeholders such as infrastructure, application teams, architectural teams, global peers and external vendors to manage our Content Library and execute on these goals.
It is expected that the role holder will leverage existing libraries to find and use the best ways to share information, communicate and engage with all identified stakeholders. The right candidate will be able to create a consistent view of systems containing the key information required by each stakeholder group at the time required. The key objective is to reduce the time it takes to delivery systems by reducing ambiguity and having relevant information on hand.
The role holder is expected to have demonstrable skills in technical documentation, web page design and management, as well as content optimization and design consistency. As a knowledge management lead, the role should perform well under deadlines and be detailed oriented. Ultimately, this role holder will be able to oversee all content created to ensure stakeholder engagement, consistency and a positive user experience.
•Develop and implement content strategy aligned with the infrastructure system deployments and other major initiatives
•Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to produce and manage content across all distribution channels in format required
•Management of intellectual capital generated during infrastructure system projects
•Develop and manage sharepoint content library, Yammer channels and content templates
•Manage and improve the efficiency, effectiveness and quality control of communications in all channels
•Edit, proofread and improve content
•Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms
•Develop an editorial and content calendar and ensure key stakeholders are on board
•Identify and document data sources, targets and interdependencies
•Establish and maintain standards of templates, collaboration platforms, reference systems and other media used to share information
•Creation of reusable intellectual assets by either utilizing existing artefacts, capturing reusable artefacts during projects or actively creating artefacts with high reusability
•Act as single point of contact for teams requiring information
•3-5 years of proven work experience in digital content management or related areas such as: technical documentation, digital community management and web design
•Basic technical knowledge of html and wiki
•Familiarity with social media platforms such as forums and blog channels
•Excellent writing and editorial skills in English and Japanese
•Excellent skills in sharepoint including workflows and wikis
•Excellent skills in MS Word and PowerPoint
•Good ability to learn, understand and explain technical concepts at a high level
•Good organizational and time-management skills
•Ability to work on multiple deadline-oriented projects simultaneously
•Attention to detail
